A short activation break is then just what you need. Standing up, stretching, moving and breathing deeply – all from the comfort of your home and without the need to change clothes. Flexibility exercises and relaxation methods improve your concentration and your sense of well-being, allowing you to continue with fresh motivation afterwards!
Supported by the BARMER health insurance scheme, we have collaborated with the Media Faculty to create a number of short and invigorating movement videos (approx. 5 minutes) that can be played in the middle of a (digital) lecture to inspire students to take an active break.
